Ironman Canada

This whole thing started because I'm entered in Ironman Canada in Penticton, BC.  I gave it a go last year, also, but it didn't work out exactly as I had planned so this year I'm doing it right.  I have of course been working on a blog that logs my training progress, Seven weeks until Canada....Doing it right, involves taking my time driving there, enjoying gorgeous Canadian wine country, renting a house in Naramata, staying in town for the post-race festivities, and all that.
