In order to, ha ha, save money, I've decided to drive to Oregon with my two kids then drive to CAN Ironman and then all the way back. You know, because the rental van is always soooo expensive. Who am I kidding? I love to drive, and I hate to fly. Plus...it's SUMMER!

what's a 6000 mile trip without a visit to the local toyota dealership?
Need I say more?
there's a little piece of plastic that serves as the One and Only handle that opens the hatchback of our minivan. It snapped off in Peter's hand when we first arrived in FC. Did I say that the piece is made of Plastic? Is there anything else that we would put on a crucial moveable part of an automobile? duh.
Wait a minute. I remember back in 1967, someone told me that the future was in plastics. What went wrong?
